HiFiman PC助手报错 求助

乐色colorful

请大家看下HIFIman PC助手点击出现这样错误是因为啥呢，大家有这样问题吗？
重新安装了net framework也没有用呢~

有没有高手帮忙看下，百度不出来，问了hifiman微信和淘宝售后暂时也还没解决。
