NwAvGuy（o2 Project）耳放DIY

Project O2的特色
O2的特色是用最经济的价钱,加上书本上有的线路, 做出效果不错的耳放。
这是给初玩diy的朋友，理解线路的一个好课题。
其目的是以低成本做出高水平amp的挑战，制作的难道并不高，很适合新手diyer参加
DIY是什么?
Do-it-yourself的意思，以o2 Project为例，NwAvGuy完全开放线路及部件(所以叫作open soure hardware project)，有齐pcb layout，使用部件的资料，只要印好 pcb，把部件裝上(要有焊接技巧)，就可以完成，這是最基本的玩法。
DIY进一步的趣味，就是如何可以在完成作品后，思考制作者设计的思路，然后加入自己的创新，进一步改良。
自己做自己需要的東西. 成本不一定便宜, 但可以随自己的心意为之, 当然要有一定的实力

NJM2680的作用不是扩大流, 它的作用是电压放大. 至于设计者把VR放在电压放大级之后. 是想把耳扩大的输入抗阻固定, 他认为固定输入抗阻有利于降低输入端的噪音.
至于扩大流工作交由NJM4556, 设计者把4556二个放大器设成电压追随器, 而且并联二个放大器, 作用是把原來单一放大的70mA输出电流加大至150mA。

学习的过程中发现市面上的播放器音量控制是个软肋, 　音量控制都比较粗;　另外常见的音频发生器软件没法精细控制谐波的大小。

During my study, I realize that all of the availible players prior to January 2015 is lacking one important feature, which is fine control of the volume of playback. Also found is that common generators in commercialized Pro-Audio suites lack arbitrary control of the 2nd and 3rd harmonics when generating test tones.

So I took a few hours to make this "Very Tiny 32bit Audio Test Tone Generator with 65535-step Volume Control Wave Playback + Morse Code Trainer" for myself and others that might be interested in doing these arbitrary controls.

NJM2068/NE5532: If you’re mainly going to run the O2 from battery I strongly recommend the NJM2068 as it reduces the overall idle power consumption about 13% significantly helping battery life. At 2.5X or 3X gain there’s no difference in distortion performance between the NJM2068 and any other op amp I tried and it’s generally quieter. But, at the 6.5X gain setting, you can get a slight reduction in high frequency distortion from about 0.0018% to 0.0010% switching to the NE5532. Anything below 0.01% is very likely inaudible and both are well under that threshold. But the NE5532 is 3 dB noisier and shortens battery life. Anything more expensive than the NJM5532 is not only a waste of money but some very fast op amps may have stability problems, require different compensation, etc. See the Op Amp Measurements article.自己折腾吧。
